Pantasya ng Kalalakihan

Kay lambing ng iyong tindig, harap at likod walang palya
Kay lambot ng iyong mga labi, bawat halik dulot ay pag-ibig
Kay bango ng iyong suot na nanunuot sa laman mong kay lambot
Kay ganda ng mukha na tila baga'y ikaw ay dyosa
Kay kinang ng iyong mga mata na tila na kung tumitig nakaka baliw talaga
Kay ganda ng hubog ng katawan, dama ang hinaharap sa sandaling yapusin ka
Kay sarap ng init ng palad pag dumampi sa galit mong pag-aari
Kay lagkit ng iyong tingin, kahit sino ay maglalaway
Kay lalim ng kanyang kwebang sa dilim ay magliliwanag ka

Kay sama ng iyong tindig lumulubog sa daigdig
Kay kati ng iyong palad at walang ibang hinanap kundi ang alahas
Kay bilis mong hubarin ang iyong suot na nagpapakita ng masagwa mong balat
Kay sagwa ng iyong mukha isang madilim na panaginip na walang patid
Kay lisik ng iyong mga mata na tila kung tumitig ay papatay sa bilis ng kisapmata
Kay taba ng hubog ng katawan, dama ang tiyan sa sandaling magyakapan
Kay sakit ng dulot ng iyong palad pag dumapi sa inosenteng pisngi
Kay lagkit ng iyong tingin kahit sino mukhang gusto mong patusin
Kay lalim ng iyong kwebang daang libo ang nakapasok na

Simula na

Nang lisanin ako ng pag-ibig sa buhay ko... doon nagsimula...

Mahirap mabuhay mag-isa, kagaya nga ng sabi sa kasabihan, no man is an island. Isa't kalahating tanga ka pala e man is a man kaya diba? Anyways, totoo naman na mahirap mabuhay ng mag-isa, mas makakabuti kung may makakatuwang ka sa pagharap sa buhay ng may kasama. Makakasama mo sa mga problemang kahaharapin, sa masasayang sandali na pinagdadaanan mo.

Ako ay MAG-ISA! Masaya pero mahirap.

tinatamad na ako mag-isip.

Basta ang masasabi ko lang, nang lisanin ako ng pag-ibig sa buhay ko... doon nagsimula... ang pagpasok ng konseptong "pag-asa"..

Mag-Isa

Masarap sa pakiramdam na hindi ka nakatali sa isang relasyon... walang iyakan, walang mga paulit ulit na away, walang dapat alalahanin kundi ang sarili lamang. Pero mas masarap sa pakiramdam kung may isang taong andyan, laging handang mag-alaga sayo, nag-iisip sayo, handang dumamay sa tuwing kailangan mo. Masaya na may nagmamahal sayo ng sigurado, nag aalay ng matamis na pag-ibig, tapat at totoo. Mahal ka dahil mahal ka.

Masarap maging single. Masaya magkaroon ng buhay pag-ibig.

Nagkamali ako sa mga naging hakbang sa kahapon.

Nagbitaw ng mga maling salita. Sumuong sa maling daan, nagmahal at nasaktan. Nagbigay ng maling reaksyon sa naging sitwasyon. Nagsalita nung mga panahong dapat nakikinig, umalis noong panahong dapat nagantay, nanghusga noong panahong dapat akong nagtiwala, at nagpakatanga noong panahong dapat umunawa.

Nagkamali ako sa mga naging hakbang sa kahapon.

Ngunit naisip ko na mas magkakamali ako sa kasalukuyan kung hahayaan kong ang mga pagkakamaling ito ang humadlang sa aking paglago bilang nilalang, bilang taong hindi tumitigil ang pagtibok ng puso para sa Maykapal. Ngayon ay bagong araw. Mamuhay ng Masaya kahit na alam kong ako’y mag-isa.

~~~
Naglalakad ako kanina at nakakita ako ng nag-iibigan,pagsakay ko sa jeep nakakita ako ng nagiibigan, naglakad ako sa parke nakakita ako ng nagmamahalan at nagroromansang itik. :)
Naniniwala akong di magtatagal at darating din ang pag-ibig sa akin. Nagkahiwalay ng dating naging pag-ibig kasabay ng paglisan ng pag-ibig sa buhay ko.
Iniwan ng pag-ibig, dumating ang bagong pag-iisip.
Do You Two Have Chemistry?
Sweaty palms? Sort of. A pounding heart? A bit. Even so, you’re still not completely sure there are sparks between you. Understandable: While it’d be nice to think that the earth moves and the angels sing when you’ve found The One, sometimes the signals that you two are truly meant for each other are much more subtle than that. Here are seven dead giveaways that singles often miss — know that if you spot one or more of them on your next date, that’s good news.
Subtle sign #1: You turn into a total klutz
So far, you’ve dropped your fork and knocked over your water glass…and that’s before the entrées have arrived. While embarrassing, these gaffes are actually a good sign. “When you have serious chemistry, your body produces elevated levels of the neurotransmitter norepinephrine,” says Helen Fisher, Ph.D., research professor of anthropology at Rutgers University. This, in turn, can make you jittery, uncoordinated, and a little accident-prone. And if you’re embarrassed by your klutziness, that’s a good sign too! Because if you don’t care what your date thinks of you, you probably don’t think much of your date.
Subtle sign #2: You notice a tiny dent in your date’s pinkie nail
Or that your date’s hair flips up on the left but under on the right. You’ve never noticed something like that about a person before, so why now? Because when there’s true chemistry, the body’s levels of the chemical dopamine rise and lead to “imprinting,” a theory of attachment discovered by German ethologist and Nobel Prize winner Niko Tinbergen. This imprinting makes you focus on this one person more clearly and notice the tiniest, most insignificant details about a person — including possessions. Says Dr. Fisher, “Your date’s car in the parking lot looks different. His or her backpack looks different. That person’s coat on the coat rack stands out. Everything is special, novel, unique.”
Subtle sign #3: You agree to split the spinach dip appetizer — and you don’t even like spinach dip!
True chemistry makes us more mellow than usual — so don’t be surprised if you find yourself being agreeable with your date in ways you might not with anyone else: You don’t mind walking 10 blocks with your date from your parking spot. You’re suddenly up for seeing a Rob Schneider movie. And even though you’re not a fan of Indian food, what the heck, you’ll give it another shot. “When you’re falling in love, you more easily surrender your boundaries because of a strong desire to merge with that person,” explains Harville Hendrix, Ph.D., author of Keeping the Love You Find.
Subtle sign #4: The room you’re in seems brighter than usual
Did someone nudge up the dimmer switch? Perhaps. But it could also mean you’re smitten, thanks to a physiological reaction discovered by University of Chicago biopsychologist Eckhard Hess, a pioneer in the area of “pupillometrics.” In short, Hess found that when people look at something or someone that causes positive feelings or sparks interest, their pupils dilate in an attempt to take in more of it, also letting in more light as well.
Subtle sign #5: You’re more fidgety during the date
If you find yourself stroking your own arm, tapping your leg, or otherwise fidgeting during the date, rest assured: Whether you fully know it or not, you like this person. “These are ‘displacement gestures’ — what you do when you’re trying to decide what to do with yourself,” explains Dr. Fisher. “If someone is smiling at you and you can’t decide if you should smile back or look away, you play with your hair. Or you run your tongue along your teeth.” This happens because your brain is over-stimulated, leading you to vent the extra energy with a little self-grooming. Some experts even argue that stroking your own arm or leg indicates a subconscious desire to reach out and touch the person you’re with.
Subtle sign #6: You keep forgetting there’s food on the table
When you’re out with someone who doesn’t float your boat, boy, do those garlic mashed potatoes taste good. But if you’re feeling a chemical attraction to someone, the food being served is the last thing on your mind — and not just because you’re nervous. Blame this on elevated levels of the neurotransmitter dopamine, which fuels feelings of desire. Higher levels of dopamine, according to Dr. Fisher, “give you a feeling of lightness, increased energy and a feeling of minor ecstasy. And you’re definitely not hungry!” So if your date seems disappointed that you only ate four bites of your steak, you can clear it up later by explaining what a five-star sign it really is.
Subtle sign #7: You feel more “familiar” with your date than “lusty”
Sure, most people think it’s a good sign when they want to jump over the table and rip their date’s clothes off. But let’s be honest—there are plenty of acquaintances you’ve wanted to do that to, and there was no deeper, underlying chemistry there. A stronger sign is that instead of feeling lust for your date, you’re overwhelmed by a feeling of familiarity — a sense of, “Gosh, I feel like I’ve known you before.” The chemistry at work, says Dr. Hendrix, “is due to the emotional center in your brain’s limbic system recognizing qualities in the person that resemble qualities about the caretakers we had during childhood.” For example, a man might recognize a feeling of being at ease and nurtured the way his mother made him feel. A woman might feel comfortable with the dry humor of her date, similar to the way her father interacted with her. “This intense familiarity triggers the release of dopamine, which can lead to that ‘Wow’ feeling,” explains Dr. Hendrix. Oh, and by this point, it’s also definitely OK to want to jump over the table and rip your date’s clothes off!
H(eart) A(bility) I(nitiative)
"Leadership is the art of getting someone else to do something you want done because he wants to do it."
-Dwight Eisenhower
I was browsing the internet for some leadership quotes that would perfectly define my idea about leadership. I found this quote and was amazed how did this guy, Mr. Eisenhower, was able to enter my mind and be able to say exactly how I want to define leadership.
I was given a topic to describe how HAI affected my views about leadersip and service.
Since high school, I attented various seminars, leadership trainings both local and national and have heard many lectures about leadership. Many have said that true leaders are good followers and there are some who told me that to a true leader is a servant. And it has always been a question whether leaders are born or made. My answer is very commonsensical: every leader has been born, of course, AND made.:)
The true meaning of leadership and service, though it has already been described and defined by many, can be found inside the heart of each and everyone. When you look into my heart, you will find three letters: H - A - I. HAI members as well as scholars thought me that leadership without H(eart), A(bility) and I(nitiative) is not leadership at all. Whenever I think about these certain kind of people, I just cant help but tell myself that there is still a light of hope beaming at the end of this journey. I still have one year in college and I know that when I reach the "light", its my time to shine my own light and extend the leadership I learned from HAI.
Doing special things for a person you barely even know makes life worth living. Helping someone grow up astonishingly makes your own success a beautiful success!
Thank you!
Tala
Bitwin at Tala, ano ang pinag kaiba?
Mga kaututang dila, ito ang lathalain kong nagsasabing naka"move-on" na ako sa aking pagkabigo... :)
Isang buwan mahigit na gabi akong iyak ng iyak, mahigit isang daang litro ng luha ang naubos ko. Ngayon naisip ko, tama na. Panahon na para bumawi naman ako sa sarili ko. Naging mahirap para sa akin ang bumitaw sa pangalawang ulit, ningas kugon nga daw ako sabi ng nakalipas ko. Ningas kugon, sa una lang magaling pag dating sa huli wala na ang alab ng apoy. Pero teka, pano ang magniningas kung hindi naman ako naapuyan. :)
Well anyway, sana ay maging masaya na ang lahat dahil ako siguro na ako na magiging masaya din ako sa mga darating na araw. May susundan akong universal rule. Haha kabaliwan ng mga tao, lahat e dapat may sukat. Tatlong buwan daw. Sige na tatlong buwan na.
Ayun na nga, naka"move on" na ako, kaya ginawa ko tong lathalain na ito bilang unang liham pag-ibig na inaalay ko sa kahit kaninong may gusto, syempre sikreto ko na kung kanino talaga to.
Sa Binibining Bumihag sa Aking Puso,
Ang isip ko'y walang ibang laman kung hindi ikaw, mula ng ika'y makilala ay may kakaibang pakiramdam na akong nadama. Kapag lalo kong hindi pinansin ang aking nadarama para sayo ay malo akong naniniwala na kailangan kita upang mabuhay.
Hindi ko maaring hayaan na walang patunguhan itong aking damdaming nagmamahal at hindi ko hahayaang mawala ka na lamang ng tuluyan pero alam ko na sobrang nahihiya itong binata at natatakot akong baka makabanggit ng mga katagang baka di mo magustuhan at ako'y agad mong lisan. Takot ako na maglaho ang pag-ibig bago pa man malaman na ito'y maging totoo.
Para akong batang muli, nauutal at walang masabi. Panu bibigyan ng katawagan ang magkahalong paghanga't pananabik na masilayan ang iyong mukhang biyaya ng diyos. Mababaliw na nga ata talaga ako kung hindi maipapanalo ang iyong puso.
May mga lalaking nagsabi na sayo na ikaw ay kanilang bitwin na hinahangaan pag dating ng dilim, ngunit ako na hamak na binata lamang, ay itinuturing kang tala. Tala na gagabay sa aking buhay. Hindi titigil magmahal ang puso kong uhaw. Minsan na akong nahapo, ngunit nanatili ka sa paglalakbay ko. Sa liwanag kita'y nahagkan, hanggang sa dilim ako'y iyong samahal. Mahal na mahal kita. :)
Umiibig,
Manlalakbay para sa iyong Puso
Valedictory Address PCWHS 2007
Graduation is the end for some but for me it is a new beginning for a more challenging life. Seeing you from up here wearing your toga makes me smile. It makes me realize how fast time goes by. I can't imagine that it has been already four years since I made my very first step in Pasay City West High School. And today, we have fulfilled our long time dream that one day, each one of us, graduates, will receive our diploma which I believe is not only our dream but our parents' dream for all of us.
I feel very excited today but a little scared as I deliver this much coveted address. Excited because I know that this is not the end but also a start of something new in my life. I'm a little scared because I don't know if I can really face the new challenges that will come my way but I know with all the knowledge I learned and all the values and virtues that my family, my teachers, my fellow students and special friend imparted in me, I will be able to make all my dreams come true.
My four years in high school is not that easy. Like all of you, I experienced hardships and trials that I almost give up, like sleepless nights, coming to school early, cramming to submit projects and requirements on time. Those bundles of work given by our teachers were truly a challenge for all of us. In fact, many times we were caught unaware by our teachers not ready with our assignments, projects and other requirements. But through the motivation of my family and friends and those people special to me. I was able to get through those trials.
Yet, high school is not just about books, notebooks and blackboards. It's about life --- our first true peers, our first loves and our first heart breaks. It is true that high school is the happiest moment in the life of every teenager. It is where many experiences are being shared especially the laughter and the tears. I cannot but bear in my mind that high school is a molding institution of the youth.
Here I am today, picking the fruit of my hard labor. However, what I am able to accomplish is not a one man work. Without them --- my inspiration and those people who believed and guided me, I wouldn't be here in front of you. At this point, I would like to take the opportunity to extend my gratitude to my parents. Mama and Papa, you've always been my reason to strive. I may not have been the perfect son, yet for you I am and will always be. I always remember when my mom asked me, that if I would be given a chance to choose another parent who and why. Now I want you to know that my answer is... still you Ma and Pa. In spite of the misunderstandings and all the troubles I caused you, you've always been there for me, loving me unconditionally. Your love and care have made me stronger to fight trials and for that I can say, this honor belongs to you.
To our unsung heroes, our dear teachers. I know that the job you have performed is not only a profession but more of a vocation. On behalf of my fellow students, I am heartily expressing our gratitude to our mentors for making us what we are today. Dear teachers, thank you for empowering us with the knowledge and skills we need in facing lives' many challenges. Thank you for developing in us the values that make us better persons. And thank you for patiently bearing the pains we have caused you for years. We will never forget you, you will be forever in our hearts. We will always pray that the good Lord will continue to bless you with good health for you to be able to empower more young people like us with the things needed in life's tests.
I bet each one of you fellow graduates has your own special teacher who served as your second parent. In my four years in high school there, there were teachers that taught me more than just what is written in the textbooks. There was this very special teacher who ignited my feelings and desire to be on top. She once said and I quote, "Gusto kong marinig sayo ang valedictory address." Your words greatly challenge me and here I am Ma'am Aslarona, I have lived up to your words. I would also like to extend my never-ending thanks to Ma'am Atienza, Sir Cannon, Ma'am Lara, Ma'am Sipalay, Sir Del Rosario, Sir Sandajan, Sir Ention, Ma'am Abella and all the other teachers from 1st-4th year who have made me for what I am now, especially to Ma'am Monzon and Mr. Quizon who developed my skills in Mathematics, Mr. Manaog and Ma'am Andalencio who helped me excel in science. Mr. De Vera and Mr. Macaspag who served as my second Dad. And most especially to my adviser for two years, Mrs. Gloria Castillo who, in her own ways contributed to my success and excellence. Thank you our loving principal, Dr. Myrna M. Sarmiento, for your continous support to us students. Now, I am fully convinced that teachers are not ordinary people in the society, they are the molders and architects of tomorrow's leaders!
I would also like to give thanks to my former classmates especially to Mary Jane Castro. Mary Jane even though you're not with us today ( she died from an accident ), I know that the memories and the lessons you have shared with us will always be in our hearts. I want to thank you for the important lesson you have thought us. You helped us realize that there's nothing permanent in this world. That anything could be happen in just a blink of an eye. And we also learned that everything happens for a reason in God's will, what is hard is knowing that reason... And thank you for those people who believed and stayed by my side in hard times and moments of criticism: Marvin Protacio(geek), Suzanne Elesterio(pards), Agnes Talaña(VP, SSG-true friend), Rogelio Docena(geek - my bestfriend), Stephanie Faisan, Precious Mae Berdiago, Lorainne Poniente and to Ms. Renalyn G. Brown, my success is nothing if not shared with you. And for those people whom I've thought to be on my side, thank you for letting me realize that I can't please everybody. In that way, you made me stronger-- I have gained the strength to pursue and fight for my dreams. Honestly, you served as my inspiration to strive harder. Lastly, I gratefully thank the Lord for providing me peace of mind in times of confusion, for giving me the best gift I've ever had -- my life.
Everything must come to an end but every end is just a start of a new beginning. If you fall and lose something, don't quit! Instead bounce back higer carrying the lessons you've learned. Always remember that the winner never quits and the quitter never wins.
Farewell to you my alma mater. We will never forget the life experiences you have given us. We will always treasure them as we unravel the path for excellence and as we are empowered by you for greater productivity.
Thank you!
Once again PCWHS batch 2006-2007 CONGRATULATIONS!!
Charles Schultz Philosophy
The following is the philosophy of Charles Schultz,
the creator of the "Peanuts" comic strip.
You don't have to actually answer the questions..
Just read the e-mail straight through,
and you'll get the point.
1. Name the five wealthiest people in the world.
2. Name the last five Heisman trophy winners.
3. Name the last five winners of the Miss America Contest.
4. Name ten people who have won the Nobel or Pulitzer Prize.
5. Name the last half dozen Academy Award winners for best actor and actress.
6. Name the last decade's worth of World Series winners.
How did you do?
The point is, none of us remember the headliners of yesterday.
They are not second-rate achievers..
They are the best in their fields.
But the applause dies. Awards tarnish.
Achievements are forgotten.
Accolades and certificates are buried with their owners.
Here's another quiz.
See how you do on this one:
1. List a few teachers who aided your journey through school.
2.. Name three friends who have helped you through a difficult time.
3. Name five people who have taught you something worthwhile.
4. Think of a few people who have made you feel appreciated and special.
5. Think of five people you enjoy spending time with.
Easier?
The lesson:
The people who make a difference in your life are NOT the ones with the most credentials, the most money, or the most awards. They are the ones who care.
Share this with those who have made a difference in your life.
I just did!
"Don't worry about the world coming to an end today.
It's already tomorrow in Australia ."
(Charles Schultz)
A short message to make your day at least worry free!
10 years from now...
it wont matter how you did in your exams or
how good you were in school.
no one will care how many pairs of shoes you had.
it wont matter if you missed a class or what award you got on your graduation day.
your highest score in quiz wont be traced.
it wont matter if your uniform was always messy or if all your projects weren't the best.
but...
if you made life a lil' better for any other person, thats what will be remembered and
that makes life worth living!!
