Farewell

It’s been so long now since I last saw your face
You were so happy because God has given you His grace
Now I can only hear your voice through the songs we played
And I can’t help but to feel sad, I prayed

For fifteen years, eight months, and three days to be exact
You’ve offered me your unconditional love
I might have been so hard headed child
But you’re still there with a heart that’s kind

As you travel up in the sky
With your angel by your side
I want you to be happy and feel alright
For all you’ve done here were right

Farewell is hard to say
But I know that I will also come that way
When my mission is done
I will see the Light and we will be together again
